How We Began

Our Story

Crestwood Legacy Homes was founded on a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to live with dignity, independence, and respect — regardless of age, disability, or life circumstances.

Many people wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while receiving the support they need to live safely and confidently. Our organization was established to make that possible through compassionate, dependable, and person-centered non-medical home health services.

Our journey began with a vision to bridge the gap between quality care and compassionate service. We saw families struggling to find reliable caregivers who genuinely cared about the well-being of their loved ones. We understood that quality care extends beyond assisting with daily activities — it involves building meaningful relationships, promoting independence, encouraging community involvement, and improving overall quality of life.

Care that fits into someone's day, rather than interrupting it.

We believe every client has a unique story, individual goals, and personal preferences. For that reason, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every service we provide is tailored to the specific needs of each individual while honoring their choices, culture, values, and lifestyle.

As a licensed Non-Medical Home Health Services provider in the State of Ohio, we maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability — through exceptional customer service, ongoing caregiver training, ethical business practices, and a culture centered on compassion and respect.

Our promise: dependable, compassionate, and individualized support that promotes independence while preserving dignity and personal choice.

Today, Crestwood Legacy Homes proudly serves individuals and families across multiple Ohio counties, providing dependable support that allows our clients to remain safe, independent, and connected to the people and communities they love. We consider it a privilege to walk alongside our clients and their families during every stage of their care journey.
